Large Zoomable Desktop is a zoomable canvas where you can organize files, web links, notes, images, and other stuff — basically a big digital workspace you can arrange however you like.
It’s free, available for Windows and MacOS, and doesn’t require registration.
Keep in mind that it's lagging behind in terms of adoption of Reader's-Web-compatible documents. Some features like sidebars, and comments may be missing.
More info and download links are here.
If you have a Wordpress website, you can publish it on Reader's-Web-compatible pages using this plugin.

Here is a direct link to the plugin.
This software allows you to create Reader's-Web-compatible pages on any website. The users don't even need to install anything. All the code and instructions can be found here.
This extension is a companion to the LZ Desktop app.
With it, you can send links, images, and static documents (HDOCs) directly to your zoomable desktop.
It also detects RSS feeds on webpages.
Additionally, the extension prevents duplicate tabs when opening links from external apps. This lets you use LZ Desktop to navigate your existing tabs instead of creating a new one every time you open a link.
